Green Peppers, Felis catus, and Sasquatch

Nothing to report at my garden except that the green peppers are getting larger. So I decided to show you photos of some of the other plots this year. Corn rows...

and circles,

and more...

Close ups of Leek flowers,

Calendula,

these ones look like phantoms, I think they must be a type of pea...

and garlic tall and straight and garlic not so straight! at least I think it is garlic, it does kind of look like modern art! ha!

Of course no report from my garden is not complete without the bird pics...except I didn't photograph any...I did spot a Felis catus.....

probably why there were no birds! The next photo is of a groundhog grazing in the protected arms of HMCS Prevost.

I think I will call him Sasquatch!

I see all sorts of neat birds down at the community garden, but most of the time I am not fast enough to catch a picture of them...one week I saw my first Baltimore Oriole, the next week a Rose Breasted Grosbeak...some woodpeckers and some wrens. There is the one little tree that has these dead twigs sticking out. I looked up and there was the tiniest little bird sitting on top...could it be a hummingbird? I think so... I actually got a photo of one of the fastest moving birds...how ironic!

This was the hollow from out came the wrens that were too fast for me.

Someone else at the garden is making boxes!

...and can someone identify this ugly thing??
